I purchased a brand new motorcycle in August 2020, and soon after, I had issues with the engine management light coming on at around 7500 miles. The bike also failed to recharge the battery properly, the gear selector was malfunctioning, and I needed a new throttle body. I've lost count of how many times I've had to take the bike back for repairs, often requiring recovery trucks. While the support team did get my bike in for warranty work promptly, I was still frustrated. After picking it up, the battery light came on again shortly into my ride home, and I had to pull over as the bike started dying. It leaked coolant everywhere afterward, and it turned out a mechanic hadn't reconnected a pipe properly. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the team, highlighting the numerous issues and the danger I faced while riding. I also discovered the rear tire was under-inflated after a recent service, putting my life at risk. I had to exchange the bike eventually, as the engine light came on again shortly after. The reasons given for the problems were dismissed as excuses by the manufacturer. I've had a terrible experience with this service and will not return. I advise others to look elsewhere for their motorcycle needs.
