I purchased a brand new motorcycle in August 2020, and soon after, the engine management light illuminated at around 7500 miles. Additionally, the bike failed to recharge the battery correctly, the gear selector malfunctioned, and I required a new throttle body. The bike broke down multiple times, leading to countless trips to the service center and needing recovery trucks. While I appreciate that the support team worked quickly to address the issues under warranty, the problems persisted. Shortly after collecting the bike, the battery light came on again. I barely managed to pull over before the bike started leaking coolant due to a poorly reconnected pipe. The representative who collected my bike acknowledged this issue. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the support team regarding the numerous problems and the inconvenience of waiting for recovery. I later noticed that the rear wheel was under-inflated, riding home on a dangerously low tire pressure. Although I received an apology, it was inadequate given the risks involved. The potential for a tire blowout is serious, and it’s frightening to think about what could have happened. After another period of riding, the engine management light came on again, prompting me to part exchange the bike for a new model. I was told by the staff that my location might be contributing to the issues, but I contacted the manufacturer, who dismissed these claims as excuses. I keep my bike clean and stored properly, and the idea that environmental factors are to blame is absurd. I now have another new bike with persistent issues and have yet to receive a callback from the support team. My experience has been far from pleasant, and I’ve heard similar complaints from others. The staff’s attitude has been unprofessional, and I feel that the mechanics are not adequately trained. I strongly advise against dealing with this company. It should be a joy to buy a motorcycle, but my experience has been a nightmare. I have since found a much better dealer who treats customers with care and respect.
I purchased a brand new motorcycle in August 2020, and soon after, I had issues with the engine management light coming on at around 7500 miles. The bike also failed to recharge the battery properly, the gear selector was malfunctioning, and I needed a new throttle body. I've lost count of how many times I've had to take the bike back for repairs, often requiring recovery trucks. While the support team did get my bike in for warranty work promptly, I was still frustrated. After picking it up, the battery light came on again shortly into my ride home, and I had to pull over as the bike started dying. It leaked coolant everywhere afterward, and it turned out a mechanic hadn't reconnected a pipe properly. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the team, highlighting the numerous issues and the danger I faced while riding. I also discovered the rear tire was under-inflated after a recent service, putting my life at risk. I had to exchange the bike eventually, as the engine light came on again shortly after. The reasons given for the problems were dismissed as excuses by the manufacturer. I've had a terrible experience with this service and will not return. I advise others to look elsewhere for their motorcycle needs.
I recently bought a new motorcycle and I'm thrilled with the experience! From my first conversation, the entire process was smooth. I traded in my previous bike, and although the initial offer was low, they worked with me to reach a satisfactory agreement. The finance process was hassle-free, and they even arranged the first service and delivery of my new bike while collecting the old one. The staff were friendly and professional. I will definitely visit again!
I just picked up my new motorcycle from the dealership and couldn't be happier! The staff were fantastic throughout the entire purchase process, keeping me informed at every stage, from the initial order to pickup. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and having bought over 20 bikes from them over the years, I will continue to return due to their exceptional service.
The atmosphere in the store is always warm and inviting, with friendly staff eager to help. I reached out on social media about specific clothing sizes, and one of the staff kindly offered to order multiple options for me to try on. The service was exceptional, and I finally found the right fit. The team went above and beyond to assist me, making my shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership for their great selection and customer service!
I visited the dealership considering a motorcycle change. The welcome was warm, and the extra friendliness was refreshing. They even provided me with the name and directions of a competitor when I mentioned considering a different brand. I returned for a service and received helpful advice again. The staff are always cheerful and eager to assist.
This dealership is exceptional and family-run, making it a pleasure to deal with. I'm now on my fifth bike from them, and the service from the sales team has been first-class. I happily travel past other dealerships to return here. I highly recommend them, and there's a great cafe nearby for meals!
