Extremely Disappointed with My Experience

I purchased a brand new motorcycle in August 2020, and soon after, the engine management light illuminated at around 7500 miles. Additionally, the bike failed to recharge the battery correctly, the gear selector malfunctioned, and I required a new throttle body. The bike broke down multiple times, leading to countless trips to the service center and needing recovery trucks. While I appreciate that the support team worked quickly to address the issues under warranty, the problems persisted. Shortly after collecting the bike, the battery light came on again. I barely managed to pull over before the bike started leaking coolant due to a poorly reconnected pipe. The representative who collected my bike acknowledged this issue. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the support team regarding the numerous problems and the inconvenience of waiting for recovery. I later noticed that the rear wheel was under-inflated, riding home on a dangerously low tire pressure. Although I received an apology, it was inadequate given the risks involved. The potential for a tire blowout is serious, and it’s frightening to think about what could have happened. After another period of riding, the engine management light came on again, prompting me to part exchange the bike for a new model. I was told by the staff that my location might be contributing to the issues, but I contacted the manufacturer, who dismissed these claims as excuses. I keep my bike clean and stored properly, and the idea that environmental factors are to blame is absurd. I now have another new bike with persistent issues and have yet to receive a callback from the support team. My experience has been far from pleasant, and I’ve heard similar complaints from others. The staff’s attitude has been unprofessional, and I feel that the mechanics are not adequately trained. I strongly advise against dealing with this company. It should be a joy to buy a motorcycle, but my experience has been a nightmare. I have since found a much better dealer who treats customers with care and respect.
