The express shipping statement is untrue. I understand that there are delays but I am literally receiving packages from the US and even aliexpress faster than adorebeauty. Tracking has barely moved at all and i'm afraid I will run out of my skincare products before the ones I ordered to replace them actually arrive. Also they had a promotion where if you spend a certain amount you get a giftcard code. I received an email stating my giftcard had been activated. I have just tried it and it says it's invalid. So I spent extra to get a giftcard that doesn't work. Super disappointed as I have been a customer for years and the quality of service has gone down hill. My order number is 1203505626Update: I had someone from customer service contact me and they remedied the situation really well. Offered me a refund and also issued another gift card. I guess I misjudged them in that they do in fact care about their customers. Really appreciate how you guys have handled this. Thank you!
