I've been a loyal customer for years and in the past could contact them if there were any issues. Now I have an issue but despite numerous emails, attempts at chat where noone ever responds (the conversation just closes and they email you a transcript of your own writing and no response) and voicemails nobody has the care to respond so I can place an order.
They are also getting stingey with the 'bonus' products and samples, considering these come free from the manufacturer. I only use adore for the freebies because prices are often cheaper on skinmart or Activeskin. Think I'll stick to those sites from now on.

I’ve had some disappointing experiences with the delivery service; it’s a shame they moved away from AustPost when it was reliable. Contacting AdoreBeauty has been difficult, and the courier involved not been helpful—I don’t think I’ll be purchasing from this company again due to the stress it has caused. I’ve had two negative delivery experiences. It’s unfortunate that AdoreBeauty’s reputation may be affected by their courier choices.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I placed an order on 24 December and paid $44 for express shipping. Now, on 6 January, I still haven't received my order. I've emailed multiple times, tried calling, and reached out to customer support, but I haven't received any proper response or real assistance. It really feels like there's no customer support at all. To make matters worse, I paid extra for express shipping, yet my package hasn't arrived, nor have I received any explanation. This has been a highly disappointing and frustrating experience. Charging for express shipping and then failing to deliver or communicate effectively is simply unacceptable.

The new shipping courier has been the worst I've encountered in years of online shopping. Deliveries are taking far too long. I will not be buying from them again, especially after they switched from the previous courier to this one.

Disappointment as a longtime customer

As a loyal customer, I’ve noticed a significant decline in service quality. I’ve reached out several times over the last few days with no replies. My latest order was nearly a week late, and one item was missing. It’s unacceptable not to be able to contact anyone for help. The switch to a different courier has not been beneficial; the previous service was much better. It seems I’m not the only one facing these customer service issues.

Poor customer service

I've been a customer for years, but the recent customer service has been terrible. I've messaged multiple times over the past few days with no response, and my order arrived almost a week late with an item missing. It's unacceptable not to get a response. They should return to the previous courier, which offered much better service, as many others are facing the same customer service issues.

Order cancellation frustration

I placed an order and changed my mind within 24 hours, wanting to cancel. I tried to contact them everywhere. Their website claimed I could call during business hours, but when I did, no one answered. My order shipped before they responded to my email. Their stated response time of 4 to 6 business days is absurd. After I left a review, they quickly offered to recall my parcel and refund me. While the issue was resolved, I had to go back and forth to get a response.

Gift card usage issues

Gift cards can only be used online, which is frustrating. I purchased two gift cards for a $50 product but could only use one per online transaction. The in-store staff were dismissive and uninterested. I would advise against shopping in-store or online as they seem more focused on profit than customer satisfaction.

Discount code disappointment

The discount codes advertised on their website do not work. While I understand that businesses face challenges, I felt let down after spending over $250 only to receive a small sample product. I used to look forward to the samples, but to add to my disappointment, my treat was crushed!
