I ordered over $300 of goods amosg 3weeks ago, received confirmation of order email. But since then, nothing. I don’t have a dispatch notice, and nothing I ordered was out of stock at the time, or now on the website from what I can see. The email order doesn’t indicate I should have a delay. I’ve ordered many times from AB before and it’s always been a good experience, and fast.So I’m concerned by the out of character change in customer service. I’ve sent two emails and a social media message. No replies yet. Please contact me adore beauty, before you lose a customer.Update: there has been no reply. To any comms or this review.I have an order number but no indication of whether it will ever be dispatched.I’m worried once I order elsewhere, this one will be dispatched and charged - leaving me out of pocket with double of what I need.Adore beauty are ignoring me.
