I placed an order on 24 December and paid $44 for express shipping. Now, on 6 January, I still haven't received my order. I've emailed multiple times, tried calling, and reached out to customer support, but I haven't received any proper response or real assistance. It really feels like there's no customer support at all. To make matters worse, I paid extra for express shipping, yet my package hasn't arrived, nor have I received any explanation. This has been a highly disappointing and frustrating experience. Charging for express shipping and then failing to deliver or communicate effectively is simply unacceptable.
