This service has been a nightmare. They ship with a major postal service, leading to over two weeks of waiting for my order, which didn't even show as shipped for over a week. By the time it arrived, I was on vacation and the package was stolen. I just wanted a refund, but instead, they sent a replacement that I had to return for a refund. The entire process dragged on for two months. They claimed to file a complaint with the postal service, which was denied. My only option was store credit, despite having video evidence of the theft and having paid for package protection. After sending a complaint, I finally received a refund, but the whole ordeal took from June to the end of September. I strongly advise against using this service.
