I’ve had multiple questions and alterations to my orders in a very short period of time, and through it all I’ve received impeccable, timely and perfectly helpful assistance. I know they can’t be endlessly accommodating, but they do cheerfully exchange sizes, answer questions, review pictures and give advice. They even keep me apprised of any weather upcoming that might delay a shipment. The products themselves are top notch, with several features that I would consider premium, such as the longer tang on an internally threaded end making it SO much easier to insert without a piercer vs the usual way those are constructed. I’d like some more exotic or modern designs to choose from, but they have very beautiful pieces that are of a more classic and tasteful style. I’m very happy with this company.
I bought ADORNMONDE’s 14k Gold Frankie U Hoop and Custom Haimey Piercing; advertised as “sleep-in, shower-in, live-in earrings” great for “sensitive ears”. I have no sensitivity to 14k gold, only nickel—yet my earlobes were itchy and swollen within hours. At this price point, they should not cause a reaction if made as advertised. I contacted customer service twice and received no response. Buyers should be cautious. You’re not getting what you’re paying for.

This has been a frustrating experience. I tried to return an earring on Friday, well within the two-week window, but the system wouldn't allow it, so I reached out for help. Customer service, possibly overseas, claimed I attempted to return it too late. The issue is that I contacted them on Friday and have proof in my emails! Their system failed to process my return during the allowed time!
This service has been a nightmare. They ship with a major postal service, leading to over two weeks of waiting for my order, which didn't even show as shipped for over a week. By the time it arrived, I was on vacation and the package was stolen. I just wanted a refund, but instead, they sent a replacement that I had to return for a refund. The entire process dragged on for two months. They claimed to file a complaint with the postal service, which was denied. My only option was store credit, despite having video evidence of the theft and having paid for package protection. After sending a complaint, I finally received a refund, but the whole ordeal took from June to the end of September. I strongly advise against using this service.

I received my star u-hoop earring today, which I ordered on June 8. It took a few days longer than expected, likely due to my country's postal service, but the earring is just as beautiful as shown! The packaging was also lovely. I did have to pay a bit extra upon delivery due to customs duties, which was a minor inconvenience, but that varies by country.
I wish I had checked the reviews before buying. I placed an order that was supposed to take 15 days to make and then 3 weeks to deliver, according to the confirmation. Realizing it wouldn't arrive before my vacation, I quickly requested to cancel. However, they informed me that custom orders cannot be canceled based on their terms, which is understandable. Still, the inconsistency between the 15 days and 3 weeks is confusing.
My daughter wanted the U shape diamond screw earring for her birthday, which is why I chose to buy fine jewelry from a lesser-known website. The fitting guidelines helped us choose the right size. Unfortunately, during her first wear, one of the diamond screws fell off. I reached out to the seller for a replacement part, and the customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful! They offered to replace the screw generously. I now trust this website!

They consistently provide vague timelines for its release, and when I called them out, they offered a ridiculous excuse about it being made of gold and too expensive to launch. They didn’t even apologize for misleading marketing. It's incredibly unprofessional.
