I wish I had checked the reviews before buying. I placed an order that was supposed to take 15 days to make and then 3 weeks to deliver, according to the confirmation. Realizing it wouldn't arrive before my vacation, I quickly requested to cancel. However, they informed me that custom orders cannot be canceled based on their terms, which is understandable. Still, the inconsistency between the 15 days and 3 weeks is confusing.
