The customer service has been rude and dishonest. They keep promoting a highly anticipated earring that never seems to be released, likely just to attract followers. They consistently provide vague timelines for its release, and when I called them out, they offered a ridiculous excuse about it being made of gold and too expensive to launch. They didn’t even apologize for misleading marketing. It's incredibly unprofessional.
