The login experience with ADP has been extremely frustrating. It appears as though passwords are not being reliably recognized or retained during authentication.
Even when entering the correct user ID and password, the system repeatedly returns an “incorrect credentials” error. This forces me to go through the “Need help signing in” flow and reset my password.
What’s more concerning is that even after successfully updating the password, attempting to log in again with the new credentials results in the same error. This creates a continuous loop of failed logins and password resets.
This issue has occurred multiple times and significantly impacts usability. Overall, this has been a very poor and frustrating experience.
