If I could give them zero stars I would. We engaged them because they represented themselves as Payroll Professionals. The first thing they did was shuffle our work off to India. This was supposed to be timesaving and efficient. It is neither. I do not recommend this company at all.
When I was first hired, ADP entered my deductions incorrectly. It took almost a month to resolve that. A year later, my deductions again were incorrect, and a stipend I am supposed to receive on the first paycheck of every month is not applied. Most recently, I am only able to view weekly pay statements up to January 9. It is now February 22. Their AI chat bot is useless and when you ask for a customer service number, you are asked to contact your HR. I've been in the workforce 50 years and have used several payroll programs. ADP is by far the worst.
ADP is absolute trash. Stay far away, no RUN away. When they mess up your payroll taxes (and they 1000% will) they give you every excuse as to why it's not messed up, even when you call the state yourself and find out why and tell them why, they still insist they are right and you are wrong. Absolute JOKE of a company and a NIGHTMARE to try and work with!
There is no customer support line available for assistance. Instead, the service directs users to log into their accounts online and chat there. Unfortunately, this option is not accessible to me, leaving me without any means to reach support.

This company is truly disappointing. It embodies the worst aspects of modern customer service—misleading billing, poor support, and frustrating policies. They consistently respond with 'can't' to basic inquiries. Expect to waste an excessive amount of time trying to resolve billing and payroll issues. After spending hours on the phone and in chat to cancel, they refuse to provide direct contact with an account manager. I'm relieved to have found a local provider that offers responsive support and works collaboratively. I recommend seeking local options instead of dealing with large providers that are difficult when help is needed. Update: Their response was inadequate and showed no genuine concern for customer satisfaction.
This has been a waste of time; there’s a lack of communication and poor customer service skills, particularly from one representative. If you need payroll assistance and he answers, it’s best to hang up. This experience has been frustrating, and if I could rate lower, I would certainly avoid using this company.
