When I was first hired, ADP entered my deductions incorrectly. It took almost a month to resolve that. A year later, my deductions again were incorrect, and a stipend I am supposed to receive on the first paycheck of every month is not applied. Most recently, I am only able to view weekly pay statements up to January 9. It is now February 22. Their AI chat bot is useless and when you ask for a customer service number, you are asked to contact your HR. I've been in the workforce 50 years and have used several payroll programs. ADP is by far the worst.
