Unsatisfactory experience and unprofessionalism. We booked and paid for two quad bikes (440€). After confirmation, we were informed that only one quad was available. The alternative offered did not match our initial booking, so we declined. The activity did not happen, yet 220€ was withheld, claimed as a 'no-show.' No compensation was offered, nor was there any accountability, despite the service not being available. A deeply disappointing experience.
