The alternative provided did not match our original reservation, leading us to decline. The activity did not occur, yet 220€ was retained, justified as a 'no-show.' No compensation was offered, and there was no accountability, despite the service not being available. A very frustrating experience.
The booking process was quick, professional, and straightforward. The agents were knowledgeable and very approachable. They followed up after the booking to ensure everything was satisfactory. I used this service to book a Raclette Rubber Boat Tour on Lake Brienz, and it was an unforgettable experience with amazing food, wine, and beautiful scenery. I couldn't have asked for more. The boat driver was fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the night even more special. The booking process was incredibly easy.

I booked a Self-Drive Dog Sledding Safari, which was canceled the day before due to bad weather — understandable, but over a week later, I still haven't received my refund. I've sent two follow-up emails and received vague excuses like 'we're waiting for feedback from the instructor,' which is nonsensical since the activity was canceled. I feel ignored and out of pocket, which is unacceptable for a reputable booking platform. I strongly recommend booking directly with local operators instead — this service adds no value and complicates refunds unnecessarily. If I don't receive my refund soon, I'll escalate through my payment provider.
