This was my first time using this service. I was looking for a SUP tour and found a link to book through them. After seeing overwhelmingly positive reviews, I thought I would be fine. The tour I booked got canceled, and I was offered another date. I replied within 10 minutes, but despite multiple follow-up emails, I kept receiving automated responses without actual answers. I missed the opportunity for a rescheduled tour and just want a refund. They seem fine when everything goes smoothly, but they're terrible at resolving issues or responding to emails. Edited: They eventually got back to me to cancel and refund, so I added a star. However, their response time was very slow, especially since they contacted me asking for an urgent reply.
