Do not use this service. Please go elsewhere.We double booked and requested a refund for ONE booking, and recieved confirmation that this was fine, one booking cancelled and another was kept active. We arrived to our destination only to be turned away as the instructors had no idea we were coming. We contacted Manawa, who told us complaints and refunds were only done by email, and they hung up on us mid sentence. We rang again to complain, which again fell on deaf ears. We travelled over 30km for this activity from our accomodations and booked a stay in a local hotel. It has been two weeks since the booking, we have recieved no money back, and the instructors have recieved no money from us either. Complete scam.Unacceptable customer service, no respect or apologies. Agent hung up on us when calling to complain. Do not use Manawa
