Do not use this company!!!! I have worked in travel for the 3 years and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.We booked to do dog sledging in tromso of which I called and confirmed x3 before our trip as it was such a special outing for us. On the day we turned up and were told rudely that we had no reservation despite having email confirmation. Calling the customer helpline to resolve this they were useless, put the phone down on me several times and offered no solution. The bus had to leave as the experience was over 2 hrs away. The lady on the bus helped us and said if Manawa sends a new confirmation she does have space. That was eventually done and we thought all was ok. We turned up at the camp only to be told again we didn’t have a confirmation to which they admitted was Manawas fault by human error. How this can happen after calling to confirm so many times I have no idea?! We were explicitly told we would get a full refund and would we like to take part in another activity as a goodwill guest here seen as we were in the middle of nowhere with no choice but to wait. Only 2 out of our three person party reluctantly took part and activity which was sub par and disappointing. On return I followed up with Manawa only to be met with unacceptable extremely rude and accusatory customer service saying as we took part in the other activity no refund could happen. Very different from what we had been told. If we had know this we would never have taken part. Zero empathy, zero resolution. No solutions. I have never been more angry and disappointed with a service in my life. I have many contacts in the travel world and rest assured I will be spreading the news of our horrendous experience. The mistake in the booking I can understand the aftercare and customer service afterwards was unsatisfactory in every way - a huge disappointment and waste of money. Never again.
