Disappointing service and unprofessional behavior. We reserved and paid for two quad bikes (440€). After confirmation, we were informed that only one quad was available. The alternative provided did not match our original reservation, leading us to decline. The activity did not occur, yet 220€ was retained, justified as a 'no-show.' No compensation was offered, and there was no accountability, despite the service not being available. A very frustrating experience.
