After maybe 10 years plus with Adrian Flux with many vehicles on policies I was stunned at my latest quote and believed the salesman and duly paid over £1400 for a mid range band vehicle. He would have got away with it if he hadn't challenged me to find a cheaper deal . Duely paid lump sum to get the new vehicle home and then went online to compare the market and low and behold got the first quote at £650 and signed up. Lost a night's sleep feeling that I was delt with very unfair and 9am next day I was on the phone to cancel, even though I pointed out that I got the same cover for less than half that Adrian Flux took out my bank I did not even get an apology but charged nearly £100 to cancel. That kind of behaviour should be outlawed and more regulation of actual costs.
