The fist review was flagged but these people are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I would rather continue paying a higher price than to deal with these people. There’s no communication on their part and when there was, nothing they said was true. Fair warning don’t use this company!!!! They charge me $600 for an appraisal however when they couldn’t make the deal happen but loan depot did but when they needed the appraisal, they said I still owed $100 unbelievable. Loan Depot can outperform these people 10 times over.
