I had to rate it a one when I wished I could give it a zero. I am writing to share my deep disappointment with a recent experience involving a representative. Initially, I aimed to keep this communication civil, but the poor customer service I received was unacceptable. As a frequent customer of auto shops, including this one, I am tired of inadequate service and have decided to take my business elsewhere. Good customer service should be a standard, especially in a competitive market. This issue needs immediate attention.
