Disappointing Warranty Experience

I bought an alternator with a lifetime warranty assured before my purchase. However, the part failed after a year, and I faced challenges when trying to exchange it due to the original store's closure. Although they replaced it once, when the second part also failed, I was told that my warranty was limited to one replacement. This has turned into a costly issue, and I feel misled about the warranty terms. The staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. When I reached out to customer service, I was informed that the warranty was valid, but it was up to the store's discretion to honor it. I was advised to buy a new alternator from another store and return the faulty one for a refund, which I found quite amusing given the situation.

Disappointed with front brake pads

I bought front brake pads for my vehicle on 10/01/2025, and now, just two weeks after my last review, I'm hearing a grinding noise. I shouldn't need to replace these pads under warranty after just a month and a half. Now I have to return to a shop and spend extra money. What does a limited lifetime warranty mean if the service can't assist with the poor-quality parts they're selling?

Headlight restoration kit disappointment

I purchased a headlight restoration kit and didn’t realize the box was opened in-store. It was missing about 90% of the parts. I noticed it felt light but didn’t check it first. I believe this company is struggling and should address this issue.

Frustrated with customer service

I had to rate it a one when I wished I could give it a zero. I am writing to share my deep disappointment with a recent experience involving a representative. Initially, I aimed to keep this communication civil, but the poor customer service I received was unacceptable. As a frequent customer of auto shops, including this one, I am tired of inadequate service and have decided to take my business elsewhere. Good customer service should be a standard, especially in a competitive market. This issue needs immediate attention.

Long wait for a frustrating refund

I ordered online and received no shipment or updates. After 40 days, I managed to get a refund, but it took an additional 8 days. The online chat agent was rude at the end as well. Terrible service with low-quality parts and inaccurate inventory. I would advise against shopping here.

Challenging battery warranty experience

I purchased a 4-year warranty on my car battery. Two years in, I took the car to be checked, and the shop informed me that the battery was only charging at 50%. When I reached out to the warranty service, they required my receipt, which I had. I found it hard to believe a national company couldn’t look up a warranty. After explaining the situation, I was told to bring the battery in, but I don’t know how to remove it. They refused to help further, making it nearly impossible to utilize the warranty. This is the worst customer service I've encountered.

Lack of support for warranty issues

The customer service department provided no assistance for a warranty claim on a failed part. I suggest purchasing parts from other places if you want to avoid the frustration of dealing with them. This company is struggling for good reason.
