I purchased a 4-year warranty on my car battery. Two years in, I took the car to be checked, and the shop informed me that the battery was only charging at 50%. When I reached out to the warranty service, they required my receipt, which I had. I found it hard to believe a national company couldn’t look up a warranty. After explaining the situation, I was told to bring the battery in, but I don’t know how to remove it. They refused to help further, making it nearly impossible to utilize the warranty. This is the worst customer service I've encountered.
