I had a negative experience with Advanced Hair Studio. They were kind and friendly at first and then they scammed me and I lost thousands of dollars. They blamed me, said it was my mistake and I was treated like a piece of s**t. I've discovered that it's not just me, it's almost everyone that goes there. There are many nightmare stories about customers not getting the results that were guaranteed, being pressured into signing unfair contracts and losing thousands of dollars because of the managers misleading and deceptive conduct. It doesn't make any sense, I heard from previous AHS employees that they were trained to scam most of their customers to maximise short term profits, they do value some of their customers that pay extra money for express service, but in the long term they will keep losing customers until they finally go out of business and close down. They need to fire Chris Attrill (Client Relations Manager) and Mark Malone (Studio Manager) and hire new management and skilled hair clinic employees to save the business. Theres something wrong about these 2 individuals. They seem to have been scamming people for at least the last 10 years and getting away with it, how I don't know. I just want warn as many people as possible that it's a corrupt shady business managed by crooks, and they're trained to deliberately do a bad job, steal as much money as possible and ruin the experience of going to a hair clinic. They don't value their customers and scam almost everyone that goes there.If you have been scammed by AHS, I encourage you to take legal action. A business that uses misleading and deceptive conduct to make a sale is breaching the law. Don't let them intimated you and try to silence you and don't be afraid to go to court these people are s**m of the earth and deserve to be brought to justice.
