I had a negative experience with Advanced Hair Studio. They were kind and friendly at first and then they scammed me and I lost thousands of dollars. They blamed me, said it was my mistake and I was treated like a piece of s**t. I've discovered that it's not just me, it's almost everyone that goes there.
There are many nightmare stories about customers not getting the results that were guaranteed, being pressured into signing unfair contracts and losing thousands of dollars because of the managers misleading and deceptive conduct.
It doesn't make any sense, I heard from previous AHS employees that they were trained to scam most of their customers to maximise short term profits, they do value some of their customers that pay extra money for express service, but in the long term they will keep losing customers until they finally go out of business and close down.
They need to fire Chris Attrill (Client Relations Manager) and Mark Malone (Studio Manager) and hire new management and skilled hair clinic employees to save the business. Theres something wrong about these 2 individuals. They seem to have been scamming people for at least the last 10 years and getting away with it, how I don't know.
I just want warn as many people as possible that it's a corrupt shady business managed by crooks, and they're trained to deliberately do a bad job, steal as much money as possible and ruin the experience of going to a hair clinic. They don't value their customers and scam almost everyone that goes there.
If you have been scammed by AHS, I encourage you to take legal action. A business that uses misleading and deceptive conduct to make a sale is breaching the law. Don't let them intimated you and try to silence you and don't be afraid to go to court these people are s**m of the earth and deserve to be brought to justice.

SCAM, The manager was corrupt and convinced me it was an advanced strand by strand hair transplant procedure and stole $12,000 for a cheap wig that I didn't want. He lied to me about being able to get a refund and wouldn't give the money back because I signed a legally binding contract and agreed to it. DO NOT go to Advanced Hair Studio, AVOID this shady business and eventually they will be closed down due to lack of sales.As a consumer you have rights, if the actions of a business seems suspicious or if they have breached the contract or breached consumer law, then it's illegal and against the law, in this situation you are the victim of a scam. You have the right to collect any evidence as proof of misleading and deceptive conduct (such as photos, camera footage, voice recordings, emails, written statements), and take legal action, don't be afraid to go to court and don't let a business intimidate you. If the business fails to agree to a settlement or engages in further suspicious activity, the case will proceed to court and a judge will decide the outcome. Never feel pressured into signing a legally binding contract or agreement and paying any amount upfront. Before signing a contract with a business, always do your research online, read reviews and get a second opinion to confirm it's a legitimate business and safe to do so, especially with high amounts of money exceeding $1,000

Daniel and his entire team, starting with the friendly warm welcoming ladies at Reception, the face of the company, right through to all stylists, they strive in their efforts and it certainly reflects clients' satisfaction ending with a smile in their faces. No tasks is too big to accommodate their clients needs and request, very professional at the same time, friendly, warm and a very comfortable atmosphere. Didn't quite work for me but that's ok, there's no guarantee that it would. The issue I have is that I only ever saw a medically qualified person once... once... on sign up. Otherwise I had to book all the followups but they were using receptionists trainee as laser specialists and making decisions on dosage to recommend to doctor. It would have been alot cheaper to just buy their products at Chemist Warehouse. Think a hundred times before signing up. I didn't even get a consult on expiration of my package so they very much know the take your money for a year and then many will move on. I attended the Parramatta clinic.
