SCAM, The manager was corrupt and convinced me it was an advanced strand by strand hair transplant procedure and stole $12,000 for a cheap wig that I didn't want. He lied to me about being able to get a refund and wouldn't give the money back because I signed a legally binding contract and agreed to it. Never feel pressured into signing a legally binding contract or agreement and paying any amount upfront. Before signing a contract with a business, always do your research online, read reviews and get a second opinion to confirm it's a legitimate business and safe to do so, especially with high amounts of money exceeding $1,000
