Victoria by far was the most helpful customer service representative I have ever dealt with. I have worked in five star hotels and private members clubs for 15 years and she truly was fantastic on the phone with her help guidance and support. I would really recommend this lady for a promotion or raise in somewhere or the other as she is certainly an asset to the company, especially when looking after people and their financial dealings making themselves feel content and at ease.
