Aaron, all the staff from Adv are super and cant thank them enough, ive had to bereavements in my family that i needed to attend and with the cost of living i couldn't afford to go, until I ring advantage stall my car payment just for a week or two and they are like yeah sure no worries we got you phenomenal service
I have no clue who these people are but 8:30pm this evening I had an email saying theyd rejected my application???? Ummm what application? Is it even legal to run credit checks unless consent is given???Lol looking at the 1 star reviews they seem to do this a lot to a lot of people who seem just as baffled as I am
Victoria by far was the most helpful customer service representative I have ever dealt with. I have worked in five star hotels and private members clubs for 15 years and she truly was fantastic on the phone with her help guidance and support. I would really recommend this lady for a promotion or raise in somewhere or the other as she is certainly an asset to the company, especially when looking after people and their financial dealings making themselves feel content and at ease. Team was very professional, didnt hang around when I had issues with my car & got straight into the issue, there was no chasing, they were amazing with making sure they got back & understanding where i stood with my claim/issue with the dealer
