Good pre sale, bad aftersales

Recently purcased a car from these guys, prior to collection they couldnt do enough for me, answered all my questions promptly .Hand over was rushed in and out in five minutes, take the payment and off you go.My trade in vehicle paper work was not completed and sent to the DVLA which resulted in me recieving a letter saying they would be fining me for having no road tax.Engine oil light came on way home, needed to put a liter of oil in it to get it to register on the electronic screen, this made me scepticle the rest of the service had been done ( have asked Simon the owner for proof of this ) but the deadline that he gave me has been and gone, the airfilter certainly hasnt been changed and Ill be paying to have it serviced myself shortly. Simon wanted me to take the car back to the garage to check the work had been done which is a nearly 300mile trip, the service book also has not been completed. To top it off I now have a warning message on the dash saying the car requires an engine oil change.Start /stop not worked from the collection day, even after a 150 mile drive home, battery recharged and made no differance, battery requires replacing at a cost of £165 (£120 contributaion from Simon)My car is presently in a garage having a water pump and radiator replaced luckily covered by the warranty, although I am having to cover the costs of the labour for the work as the warranty does not cover them once the parts are added onOverall Im happy with the car but the aftersales is shocking , also check the service history and work completed before you leave the garage.Oh Simon why do are you lying?I had to service the car myself as the air filter (genuine Alfa Romeo) was very dirty and the supposed oil change, well after 1000 miles the oil was black and certainly not fresh! The service book wasn’t stamped and I’m still awaiting the invoice proof to say it was done! The tyre you replaced on the passenger rear was the cheapest you could and in the wet provided no grip at all, I have since had to replace this myself with a good quality item matching the other on the car ( and to think I supplied you with a new good tread pair of rears for the px)Paintwork well the windscreen needs to come out to rectify the laquer peel on the a post it looks like someone has tried to cover it up by painting laquer on it and almost all panels are developing fish eyes where silcone is in the paint as it settles As for the px not long prior to changing it was apprised by a local BMW independent who never mentioned anything about the timing chain , gear box or transfer box and I had certainly not had any issues with them, they did advise that the car had the very common and nothing to worry noisy direct injection injectors .So Simon why are you saying these things and forgetting what you originally said which was you had to change the timing prior to sale back at the end of last year and you are saying you have only just sold it after replacing the gearbox and transfer box! I work in the industry and my cars get taken in to the workshop and checked over regularly by main dealer approved techs and if they say it needs something it gets it
