I’m giving two stars mainly because everything else seems to function properly, but their customer service is a significant issue. It’s incredibly frustrating. I waited for 60 minutes in the queue before someone finally responded. During my first call, they mentioned too much background noise and hung up. I then used my headset and called again. After waiting 30 minutes, an operator picked up, but my microphone was muted. By the time I unmuted it, the operator had already hung up. It's surprisingly difficult to reach the security department.
