On September 18, 2024, I received a request for documentation regarding the origin of funds in my account. I promptly sent several bank statements with detailed explanations. However, on September 26, I inquired if the documents were sufficient but received no response. On October 15, I received a reminder to submit the documentation, warning that my account would be blocked within 30 days. After calling the support team and sending additional documents, I’m baffled by the lack of communication from them. I have several reference numbers but no replies. I called the helpdesk twice last week, and still no response. It's concerning that they don't engage with customers effectively, risking account blockages without any recourse.
