I’m giving two stars mainly because everything operates well, but the customer service is a major drawback. I waited in the queue for 60 minutes just to get a response. During my first call, they claimed there was too much background noise and disconnected. I then used my headset and called again. After 30 minutes, an operator finally answered, but my microphone was muted. By the time I unmuted it, the operator had hung up again. Contacting the security department is surprisingly difficult.
