Ordered a 2x3 awning almost a month ago. At time of ordering online it said there is stock and would be dispatched in 2-3 days. A week later I received an email saying there was a minor delay and my order would be dispatched in 2-3 days. A week after that I had still heard nothing so contacted adventure kings, who apologized and said they’d investigate. Another week has passed and I have contacted them yet again, they still can’t provide an answer and don’t seem to interested in sorting it out. They’ve offered a refund, which makes me wonder if they even have stock otherwise they would surely send it out. If that’s the case be honest and say that, otherwise this is a very disorganized outfit. I’ll take the refund as I’ve read reviews and the consensus seems to be, poor customer service and poor quality product.
