I recently purchased a 1000ah lithium jump starter / power bank online. Model A32 and I have to say its very poor quality. After recharging it it did not last vey long and would hardley even charge my mobile phone. I contacted KIngs but they did not offer any warranty solution. As I look online these units dont seem to have a high rating and I can see why. I dont think that KIngs are big on customer support for their products.
