I ordered two pairs of identical jeans in size 33x34 but received 34x34 instead. When I requested a refund or the correct size, they refused and said I had to return them myself. I simply don’t have the time to pack them up and print return labels. It's frustrating that I have to waste my time due to their error. This experience has been terrible, and I will not shop here again. I can't recommend this store as the customer service is lacking.
