I am a regular client of the brand. I returned an item from a previous order and was picking up another one in store. Out of the 3 items from that order I decided to take 1 item. That s 2 items to be refunded + 1 item that I brought to return, the clerk refunded me for 1 item and said the 2 others were cancelled and that I would get a credit from 5 to 7 days. This is the 11th day and after numerous calls, explaining, chatting and emailing still no joy! Be careful when your order and pick up your items, take them with you, leave for 5 mins and then return the items. The clerks will say they cancelled the items and will not give you a receipt for it. Then good luck trying to get a refund. If I ever order again from them, I will make sure I place 1 order per item. There is no other way. Also my refund amounts to 35$ but think twice if your order was 500$ and you tried to get a refund. Nobody cares, nobody really listens, nobody can even bring a solution to this. Be careful with returns in store. Not all clerks are honest.
I would give it no stars if I could. I bought my husband a pair of jeans that where to big. I did not have the receipt however all tags were still attached. I figured they could look up my purchase with my C.C nope. I only wanted to do an exchange for correct size. Well that not allowed so I contacted the corporate office and put in a complaint because the girls at the Elizabethtown, Ky store was so rude and unhelpful. I will never shop there again( not that they care) My husband is now stuck with a pair of 50.00 jeans that don’t fit. I received an email earlier today from corporate that pretty much says sorry about your luck! Well alrighty then!!!! What a way to run a business I don’t want money back just the right size jean!

I don’t have time to pack them and print labels. It's frustrating to waste time for their mistake. This experience has been awful, and I won't shop here again. It's December 17th, and I placed an order on November 28th. It shipped on December 3rd but got lost. The carrier suggested contacting the company for a refund, but after 24 hours of trying to reach them, I finally got a response. They told me I have to wait 14 days after the last update, which is that my package is lost. Now I have to wait until December 26th to follow up again, nearly a month after my order. My daughter loves their clothes, but I won't order online with them again.
While the clothing is great, the customer service is lacking. They sent me the wrong order and couldn't fix it because of their internal processes. I have to return the wrong order, wait for a refund, and then possibly repurchase it at the same price. They can’t just resend the correct order due to their system limitations. I understand they need the incorrect order back, but it shouldn't be so difficult to get what I originally ordered. I’m considering canceling my account due to this experience.
I'm really upset. I love their leggings and have been a loyal customer for years. Recently, I ordered leggings thinking they were standard length, but received the 7/8 length instead. It was only mentioned in fine print. I wanted to exchange them, but the stores refused to help, even with the receipt. I called the corporate office, but they were unhelpful as well. I'm frustrated because it seems so simple to just exchange them.
I've been a customer for over 20 years and love their clothes, but getting help with an order is nearly impossible. They promise to respond in 3-4 days but never do. Their customer service is consistently rude and unhelpful. My order hasn’t shipped in nine days, and I was told I'd get an update in another 3-4 days, even though it was due five days ago. It’s been 16 days, and they still haven't shipped my last item or helped me cancel the order. I’ve spent a lot of money here, but this experience has made me reconsider.
The representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. They sent me the wrong order and claimed I couldn't get a refund because a tag fell off during shipping. The whole experience was condescending. I feel like I've been cheated out of my money and can’t even return the items. I won't be shopping here again.
