It's December 17th, and I placed an order on November 28th. It shipped on December 3rd but got lost. The carrier suggested contacting the company for a refund, but after 24 hours of trying to reach them, I finally got a response. They told me I have to wait 14 days after the last update, which is that my package is lost. Now I have to wait until December 26th to follow up again, nearly a month after my order. My daughter loves their clothes, but I won't order online with them again.
