I ordered two pairs of jeans in size 33x34 but received 34x34 instead. I requested a refund or the correct size, but they refused and insisted I return the items myself. I don’t have time to pack them and print labels. It's frustrating to waste time for their mistake. This experience has been awful, and I won't shop here again. I cannot recommend them due to their disappointing customer service.
