The worst experience I ever had. I received a call requesting the location for my delivery that never came. A courier called on the 15th Feb for the flowers that meant to be delivered on the 13th Feb. To cut a long story short - I never recieved anything, and including an explanation or apologies. It’s 19th Feb.The person on the customer support chat was arrogant, neglectful and unprofessional. I barely leave any negative reviews but couldn’t skip this coz I’m honestly shocked how bad it is. Save your money, your time and your nerve cells - don’t use them.
