I had made an order for 14th Feb and on 17th I got mail that it was cancelled and refund will be made. Today on 18th I got another mail saying it's delivered but I haven't received anything yet. Could you please give me an update. If it's not delivered yet please cancel the order I don't want any refund just cancel it for god sake. Please don't deliver it anymore. Take the money and cancel that order. My order number is 17566909.
The worst experience I ever had. I received a call requesting the location for my delivery that never came. A courier called on the 15th Feb for the flowers that meant to be delivered on the 13th Feb. To cut a long story short - I never recieved anything, and including an explanation or apologies. It’s 19th Feb.The person on the customer support chat was arrogant, neglectful and unprofessional. I barely leave any negative reviews but couldn’t skip this coz I’m honestly shocked how bad it is. Save your money, your time and your nerve cells - don’t use them.

I had a pathetic experience with IGP. I ordered a cake for Valentine’s Day, but instead of being delivered on 14th February, it arrived on 15th February at 9:00 PM, completely defeating the purpose of the occasion.The customer service is horrible. The manager never answers calls and does not reply to WhatsApp messages at all. There is absolutely no accountability. This is not a one-time issue; every single order I’ve placed with IGP has been horrible and disgusting. Not a single order arrived on the booked date.They show delivery slot availability, but once you place the order, the shipment conveniently gets “lost.” There is zero coordination or respect for the customer’s time and emotions.The card printing facility is another joke. The text on the card is barely readable, completely unclear, and poorly printed. It’s a waste of time, money, and energy.They very well know how to ruin special days. I would strongly advise others not to trust the IGP for important occasions.
Order number 17584682. Horrible service. Ordered 2 cakes for Valentine day the ended but the cakes were not delivered. They do not have toll free numbers made 7 chargeable calls not only they disconnect your calls on your face after putting you on hold. The executives and the manager both are bad in service. Never order from them. They have no credibility waited at home ruined our day just for a cake.
Placed an order as there was a 60-minute delivery promise. But there was no delivery, no update, nor were the calls and emails answered. This is a fraud.17-02-2026 (update):IGP replies that the order has been delivered. Hope there was an option to upload screenshots of the apology emails and WhatsApp chats from 15 & 16 Feb. These guys are absolute liars and frauds. PS. I have not yet received my order or had it refunded.
This was the worst experience ever. The availability of time slot was from 11 am to 6 pm. And the flowers got delivered at 11 pm, which is 12 hours delayed. It was for a birthday and the flowers reached at the end of the day. This wasn’t as expected. If you can’t handle the load then you shouldn’t be taking orders. The WhatsApp chat bot is worst. It says it has connected you with someone from the team but it’s AI replies only. The customer care on phone was also worst experience. Never ordering.
Such a horrible customer service my whole office was forced waiting all day for a Birthday Cake, it’s was advised between 11am to 6pm and then when I called they said 3pm they said traffic issue and will reach 20 mnts. And the stupid customer service lady , unprofessional, irresponsible, illiterate trying to teach me about traffic in Dubai ( as myself living in uaevover 25yrs) it’s so disheartening and shame on you the whole team
These guys are neither professional nor reliable. Order is over 6 hours late, no communication, until I start threatening to make it a police case. Flowers arrive wilted. Box of chocolates is swapped to some cheap waffles not the Lindt lindor I ordered. I've never never felt both enraged and embarrassed all at once. Thank you IGP, I will not repeat this mistake with you ever again. Order 17540293.
