This was the worst experience ever. The availability of time slot was from 11 am to 6 pm. And the flowers got delivered at 11 pm, which is 12 hours delayed. It was for a birthday and the flowers reached at the end of the day. This wasn’t as expected. If you can’t handle the load then you shouldn’t be taking orders. The WhatsApp chat bot is worst. It says it has connected you with someone from the team but it’s AI replies only. The customer care on phone was also worst experience. Never ordering.
