I placed my order a week before Valentine's Day, anticipating a busy period and hoping that ordering in advance would ensure my delivery arrived on time. However, not only was my order delayed, but when I reached out to customer service, I was met with continuous routing to different agents and no resolution to my concerns. As a first-time customer, this experience was disappointing and frustrating. The app also offered no assistance, and I will not be recommending this shop to anyone. The lack of customer support was especially disappointing.And they have the nerve to spam my inbox since Ive been asking where my order is
