Highly disappointed their quality is bad and the customer service is not helpful at all. I ordered a red velvet cake and received a Vanilla cake with an insect on it. I paid for the balloons which was not delivered.I tried calling the customer care but the agent disconnected my call twice.! And there is no response on WhatsApp chat or email. When i posted a comment on Instagram they deleted it! they only keep the fake comments. And delete the original fedbacks from their social media platform
