Very very disappointed! I’ve ordered a gift for my daughter’s birthday, 2nd February, today is 6th of Feb. And nothing is happened. I siding receive even a proper answer from customer service. Not sure if we will get the item at all. Money is gone, birthday surprise is gone, motivation is gone…I would never expect such bad service in UAE
