Had to provide Aegon the marriage certificate and other documents as an Executor in respect of a deceased account member. Aegon processed the account matters, but have after 3 months failed to return the original certificate. Contacted the firm 3 times and nobody from Argon has the courtesy to follow up and resolve the issue. Empty commitments every time
