This service worked as expected for years. But for a number of months or even a year, when I do my monthly check of my pension I can't login and have to pretty much reregister every time. What should take 1 minute to check takes 10 minutes of messing about. Highly frustrating, would therefore recommend going elsewhere.
Stay away from this company at all costs!..customer service is horrendous!..2 to 3 hours each time I call and bring out on hold for the simplest of requests. Call handlers asking other colleagues how to deal with simple requests, and no offer of a resolution to your query other than "please call back later" This is the worst customer service I have ever come across in my entire life! They haven't a clue how to treat their customers and shouldn't be allowed to be in business in my opinion...shocking company needs to take a good long look at itself.

They sent a tax submission to HMRC which was incorrect. Trying to get them to put it right by putting another submission, was Impossible. The HMRC sent a letter of discrepancy and asked for them to do so. Sent plenty screenshots showing their mistake and my yearly tax did not show my draw down. I have no hair left..
