I'm afraid it's not a company I can recommend. These people are basically middlemen based in Scotland. Contacting head office and getting booked in is the easy part. However the quality of service from the contractors they use varies.I phoned up Friday morning and was promised somebody would be there same day. Several hours went by and I had to call them to see if anyone was turning up.Someone eventually came out and just said we needed a new aerial quoting £220+VAT. He didn't even look at the wiring inside. We fixed the problem ourselves (so much for needing a new aerial) but still wanted someone to check the cabling if there were any faults, so rang another company (Paul Davies). Lo and behold on Monday morning the same bloke trying to rip us off from before showed up. You're better off using engineers who actually own their business and more inclined to keep their customers.
