Just a heads up that I will be contacting the manager in the next few days - Charged my elderly friend £250 for a 'Weak' signal, charged her for a booster box that is NOT needed, also a new fly lead which was also not needed, I've just been round to hers and fixed the signal by changing the Source on the TV. 1 button on the remote fixed her problem. I'm an amatur when it comes to tech but I certainly knew what I was doing and knew it wasn't a weak signal. This will be taken further if nothing is done. Mark my words!!!! I will be in touch.

Shocking company, not only do they set a target of 700 a day and give engineers drives between jobs that would astound you, thus causing engineers to overcharge for works, they then don't pay their engineers when they leave. They also run numerous websites promoting themselves as "local" they are far ftom local, they run their websites(not going to use the word company) out of a shitpit garage unit in Barrhead Glasgow.
Last February this company's Aerial Express, Glasgow/Barrhead branch installed a satellite dish on my property. Following installation I had to call them out on a second visit as the dish wasn't working properly.Last week I had to call them out again as I kept losing the satellite signal and getting a Scrambled notification. I stayed in a whole day, waiting for the engineer who never turned up. I made a second booking with the company and, again, the engineer never turned up, claiming he was sick!This week I made a third attempt and was assured an engineer would turn up between 3 and 6 PM. On phoning the Glasgow office at 5PM I was again told that the engineer couldn't make it out today. So three times in one week I was messed around by a company which, in my experience, is run by a bunch of fakes who excel at only one thing: raising one's blood pressure to danger levels.I was told by their 'Customer Relations' that an engineer will turn up tomorrow but, after my recent experience, I don't believe anything they say.The satellite dish is under warranty until the end of February 2026. But what good is a warranty when you're dealing with a bunch of cowboys? These people will just take your money and run.
